Pendergardens is one of the largest residential and commercial developments on Malta.


Being created by Maltese developer Pender Ville Ltd, Pendergardens is a strikingly new residential address of 360 apartments in St.Julian’s, a popular resort town close to the capital, Valletta. The firm is also building a neighbouring new financial and business centre, The Exchange which will also incorporate a commercial centre.
